Healthy Morning Routine: Har Subah Ho Special
Subah ka time sabse important hota hai. Jaise hi aap aankh kholte ho, waise hi aapke poore din ka mood set hota hai. Agar aapki morning achhi hai, toh chances hain ki aapka pura din productive, positive aur energetic rahega.
Lekin aaj kal ki fast life me hum itne busy ho gaye hain ki subah ki shanti bhool hi gaye. Isliye, yeh zaruri ho gaya hai ki hum apna morning routine healthy aur mindful banayein.
1. Raat ki neend se hoti hai subah ki shuruaat
Agar aap 7-8 ghante ki quality sleep lete ho, toh subah uthna easy ho jata hai. Neend puri na ho toh aapka mood bhi kharab hota hai aur energy low feel hoti hai. Isliye, raat me phone side me rakho aur time pe sone ki aadat daalo.
2. Uthte hi paani peena
Subah uthte hi 1-2 glass normal ya lukewarm water zaroor piyen. Yeh simple habit aapke digestive system ko activate karti hai aur body me se toxins flush karti hai. Agar chahein toh nimbu paani ya honey water bhi le sakte hain.
3. Thodi movement, thodi body ki care
Stretching, yoga, ya halki walk – kuch bhi chalega, bas 10-15 minute ke liye apne body ko move zarur karo. Isse blood circulation improve hota hai, body relax feel karti hai aur mind fresh ho jata hai.
4. Sunlight lo – free vitamin D
Subah ke 6 se 9 baje tak ki sunlight sabse best hoti hai. 10-15 minute balcony ya terrace me baitho, kuch nahi toh sirf sun ke samne aankhein band karke shant baith jao. Yeh aapke mood aur immunity dono ke liye accha hai.
5. Healthy breakfast lena na bhoolen
Breakfast aapka first fuel hai. Junk food ya oily cheeze mat khao. Protein, fiber aur fruits se bhara healthy breakfast lein – jaise oats, upma, poha, eggs, sprouts ya seasonal fruits.
6. Mindful moment – sirf apne liye
5 minute sirf apne liye nikaalo – gratitude likho, meditation karo ya bas aankhein band karke deep breath lo. Yeh mental clarity aur focus badhata hai. Aap khud notice karoge ki aapka stress level kam ho raha hai.
7. Positive thought ya intention set karo
Har subah ek positive thought ya affirmation bolo – jaise “Main har din better ban raha hoon” ya “Aaj ka din mere liye acha hoga”. Isse aapke subconscious mind me positive programming hoti hai.
Toh aaj se hi shuru karo ek nayi subah
Healthy morning ka matlab yeh nahi ki aapko sab kuch perfect karna hai. Choti-choti habits hi milke ek healthy routine banati hain. Ek week try karo, fir apne aap difference mehsoos karoge.
Zindagi subah se shuru hoti hai. Subah ko sudharo, toh zindagi khud-bakhud better ho jaayegi 💫
